Podiatric Medical School corresponds to conventional medical school and in fact various podiatry training programs lie within these institutions. After attaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Podiatrists at the Foot Institute perform a hospital "internship" or residency for an additional one to three years.

At the completion of the internship or residency, our Podiatric physicians have gained wide-ranging medical instruction with an emphasis on complications concerning the ankles and feet.
