Podiatric Medical School corresponds to typical medical school and various podiatry training programs are located within these academic institutions. After obtaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or residency for another 1 to 3 years.

Upon the completion of the internship or residency, our Foot doctors have received significant medical education with a concentration on concerns regarding the ankles and feet. Our Doctors are instructed to handle issues stretching from regular disorders for example, fungal and ingrown toe nails, to those which are a lot more complicated for instance, clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot. Our Doctors have thorough surgical training which give them the prior experience crucial to perform surgery on those concerns that are best treated through surgical intervention.
