Foot Institute Podiatrists invest around a decade in higher education, the first four years in undergraduate studies to receive a Bachelors Degree, and the next 4 years in Medical School to have a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School corresponds to traditional medical school and in fact many podiatry programs are located inside these schools. Upon attaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute carry out a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for another one to three years.

Upon the finalization of the internship or residency, our Podiatric physicians have gained significant medical training with an attention to on complications concerning the ankles and feet. Our Doctors are qualified to treat difficulties extending from familiar ailments like fungal and ingrown toenails, to those which are more challenging like clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
