Podiatric Medical School is similar to general medical school and in fact many podiatry training programs lie within these schools. After securing a Podiatric Medial Degree, Podiatrists at the Foot Institute finish a hospital "internship" or residency for another 1 - 3 years.

At the completion of the internship or residency, our Podiatric doctors have acquired extensive medical instruction with a stress on concerns concerning the ankles and feet. Our Doctors are trained to manage problems ranging from typical ailments like ingrown and fungal toenails, to those which are more sophisticated for instance, clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
