Our podiatrists spend an average of ten years in learning, the first four years in undergraduate studies to secure a Bachelors Degree, and the next four years in Medical School to receive a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to typical medical school and as a matter of fact various podiatry programmes are located within these academic institutions. After attaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Podiatrists at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or residency for an additional 1 - 3 years.

At the completion of the internship or post degree residency, our Doctors have gained encompassing medical training with an emphasis on complications concerning the feet and ankles. They are studied to treat conditions varying from regular ailments for example, ingrown and fungal toe nails, to those which are far more perplexing for instance, clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
