Foot Institute Podiatrists invest an average of 10 years in learning, the first four years in undergraduate studies to obtain a Bachelors Degree, and the second four years in Medical School to have a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to typical medical school and in fact numerous podiatry programmes are located within these schools. After securing a Podiatric Medial Degree, Podiatrists at the Foot Institute perform a hospital "internship" or residency for another one to three years.

At the fulfillment of the internship or residency, our Doctors have obtained significant healthcare education with a stress on concerns pertaining to the feet and ankles.
