They devote about 10 years in learning, the first 4 years in undergraduate studies to secure a Bachelors Degree, and the next four years in Medical School to secure a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to usual medical school and in fact a number of podiatry programmes are contained within these academic institutions. After attaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or residency for another 1 - 3 years.

At the completion of the internship or residency, our Doctors have acquired considerable healthcare instruction with an attention to on difficulties regarding the feet and ankles. Foot Institute Doctors are educated to treat conditions ranging from general ailments for example, fungal and ingrown toe nails, to those which are much more complicated including clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
