After procuring a Podiatric Medial Degree, Podiatrists at the Foot Institute complete a hospital "internship" or post degree residency for an additional 1 to 3 years.

At the finalization of the internship or residency, our Podiatrists have received encompassing medical training with a main focus on issues pertaining to the ankles and feet.
