They invest around 10 years in learning, the first four years in undergrad studies to receive a Bachelors Degree, and the second four years in Medical School to secure a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to conventional medical school and in fact numerous podiatry programs are contained inside these schools. After receiving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Podiatrists at the Foot Institute carry out a hospital "internship" or residency for an additional one to three years.

Upon the completion of the internship or residency, our Podiatrists have gained encompassing medical training with an attention to on issues pertaining to the ankles and feet. Our Doctors are trained to care for issues ranging from usual disorders like fungal and ingrown toe nails, to those which are more complex like clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
