Our doctors spend approximately a decade in higher education, the first four years in undergraduate studies to get a Bachelors Degree, and the 2nd four years in Medical School to get a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to typical medical school and actually various podiatry training programs lie within these institutions. Upon achieving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Physicians at the Foot Institute finish a hospital "internship" or residency for another one to three years.

Upon the conclusion of the internship or residency, our Podiatrists have received extensive healthcare instruction with a main focus on problems pertaining to the ankles and feet.
