They spend around a decade in learning, the first four years in undergraduate studies to receive a Bachelors Degree, and the next four years in Medical School to receive a Podiatric Medical Degree. After attaining a Podiatric Medial Degree, Doctors at the Foot Institute carry out a hospital "internship" or residency for an additional one to three years.
