Foot Institute Podiatrists spend approximately 10 years in education, the first four years in undergraduate studies to achieve a Bachelors Degree, and the 2nd 4 years in Medical School to obtain a Podiatric Medical Degree. Podiatric Medical School is similar to traditional medical school and as a matter of fact several podiatry programs lie inside these institutions. Upon achieving a Podiatric Medial Degree, Podiatrists at the Foot Institute finish a hospital "internship" or residency for an additional one to three years.

At the finalization of the internship or residency, our Podiatric physicians have obtained comprehensive healthcare training with a concentration on complications concerning the feet and ankles. Foot Institute Doctors are educated to address difficulties stretching from commonplace conditions for example, fungal and ingrown toe nails, to those which are more obscure for instance, clubfoot, bunions, or reconstructive surgery of the foot.
